Our solution uses leading
technologies like 128bit SSL encryption to ensure
complete client privacy and security when accessing and
transmitting information while logged in to the Client
Services portion of the site. Here, clients can
use the 'Ask A Pharmacist' feature to inquire about
their current subscriptions and health state to get cost
reducing advice.

APS regularly meets with current and prospective
customers to maintain a high level of trust and to keep
on top of customer's needs. For this, West Omaha
Technologies developed a custom calendaring system that
lets APS pharmacists schedule meetings and appointments,
then allows customers to view their company's calendar;
an essential feature to stay organized and provide
efficient communication with clients.

Last, but not least, APS needed email and they needed it
securely. With sensitive client data being sent to
and from databases, security is a must. We
developed a secure web-based email system that lets APS
pharmacists securely view and reply to clients inquiries
from any computer with an Internet connection.
